What you most need to know about Steve is the wealth of experience he brings to his clients. It begins with 14 years as a residential building contractor from 1975-1989. During this time Steve worked on everything from footings to ridge caps. He jokingly says he's "done anything you can do to a house but burn one down."
Late in 1989 Steve started working with the Engineering Extension of Kansas State University doing indoor air quality training, remediation, and building investigation. Working in conjuction with state agencies and the EPA he spent the next 7 years making the indoor environment in schools, offices, and public buildings safer places to occupy.
Most folks are surprised to find out that Steve from 1997 until he started real estate early in 1999 was a Kansas State Supreme Court approved mediator and professional negotiator and has successfully taught classes in alternative dispute resolution and he'll be the first to tell you that this is his most important asset as a real estate professional.
